2025 CISCO EMEA SMB Advisory Board, Lisboa

The Cisco EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Partner Advisory Council is a forum to align Cisco's leadership with key partners in the EMEA region, to discuss and collaborate on strategies for the SME market. It serves as a platform to foster discussions on products, solutions, services, marketing, and channel operations, with the ultimate goal of driving innovation and growth in the SME sector.

The session in Lisbon marked an important milestone in Cisco's journey for SMEs, with the holding of the first EMEA SME Partner Advisory Council, a dynamic and insightful meeting of various partners who joined Cisco for two days of in-depth discussions, strategy alignment, and collaborative workshops.

Despite ELRED's strong commitment and many years of partnership, receiving the personal invitation was a surprise and a privilege for ELRED, especially considering that only 3 companies were represented nationally out of around fifty Cisco partners in the EMEA region.

Carlos had the opportunity to share his experience of collaboration with Cisco, the path of growth supported by the necessary technical support, and the assistance he has felt, both in approaching the national market and in developing new solutions, such as the recent SNOC - ELRED Solution.
